Cash2SellNow is a "buy as is" real estate company. This site was created to meet their 60+ demographic in the Arizona/ Texas region. The site was specifically designed to cover all major categories the demographic would fit into: foreclosure, retirement, landlords and fire damage.
The challenge was to create a site that fit a market in a lower income bracket but still keep it looking current to relative trends.
England Vs. China was a project assigned in the history of graphic design class. Each student received two design styles to compare and design two 14”x 20” posters in the styles assigned. I was given England and China and was required to research design trends in both countries and pick two current designers in each country and describe how their style is relevant to current design trends.

The Renault Annual Report of 2013 was an assignment given intended for students to redesign the report that Renault released in 2013. All contents were taken from the original report but were required to be changed an a more creative way.
The Project Futura was an assignment given in the Typography class. This project was designed around 3 11”x 17” posters dissecting the typeface Futura and a specific character. Each poster give the history of the given topic, a breakdown of how it is applies, and a definition of what it is.
This 11"x17" poster was created for Cindy Lee & Buddy Zapata's Junkshop Republic Show in 2012. The warthog graphic is a hand drawn illustration meant to emulate the band's chill and psychadelic vibe.
Dirty Rebels are a local hardcore punk band in Carson California. This tee was a limited edition t-shirt showing the bands horror fandom. The shirt is a parody on the Creepshow 2 movie posters. The graphic on this shirt was a hand drawn illustration.
This 18”x 24” poster was intended to give an insight into Neville Brody’s career. This poster was a project assigned in history of graphic design. Each student was assigned a specific designer to research and experiment with that designer’s style. I tried creating a Brody feel by applying type in a non-traditional form like reducing the leading drastically.
Bite size delights was a campaign assignment intended to brand a new restaurant established in a shipping container. I designed for an appetizer bar trying to achieve a clean but rustic vibe. I tried achieving that but using actual wood in the menu, the business cards, and in the grand opening invitations to appeal to the rustic factor and clean simple design to fulfill the modern aspect.
Sunnies is a thriving company in the Philippines that is using social media as the main marketing tools for selling the eye-wear they produce. The Sunnies campaign was a group project assigned in the Advertising class that required students to work in a group to re-brand this existing company to meet the Southern California market and maintaining a budget of 2 million dollars.
